Products Ready for Export
Our Export Process: From Sample to Shipment
We prioritize a smooth, cost-effective delivery process from selection to shipment. Every client is offered samples before sale—either from available stock or as market-representative type samples. Once a sample is approved, we move into formal procedures guided by export best practices.
The process begins with contract signing under EEC 1997 terms. Upon confirmation, we book containers through the customer’s preferred shipping line or assist in negotiating ocean freight rates. A third-party inspection agency, such as SGS, supervises cleaning, grading, and tallying, issuing a quality certificate in line with the contract.
Container fumigation is done on request. For chemical compliance, we submit samples to a national plant health authority for lab analysis and certification. Coffee is loaded with ventilation space, sealed under supervision, and documented with photographic evidence. Final delivery to the Port of Mombasa is arranged by road or rail.
